We currently have anexciting opportunity for an Italian speaker Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales Teambased in Barcelona, Spain!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the benefits of studying abroad (perhaps you have done it yourself), love travel and will be able to provide guidance and reassurance to our customers - to help them decide on the most suitable study options.
Reporting to the B2C Sales Manager,you will operate the daily international sales operations for your studentsand deal with their admissions.You will be working with direct clients in close cooperation with Customer Care, Student Support and Summer camps teams. You will be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets through your sales activities.We are looking for people with a consultative sales approach, based on establishing customer needs and providing products to match them.
Your main tasks will be:
2. Advise customers (phone, emails, Whatsapp, SMS, online chat) about destinations, schools, adequate programs and visa
3. Contacting every lead to maximize sales opportunities and progressing each lead to ensure upsell and cross sell opportunities
4. Building strong customer rapport through a high quality of written and oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
5. Organise phone contacts and interviews requests with prospects
6. Create and follow up on quotesand transform leadsinto bookings
7. Update regularly your knowledge about our schools, destinations and sales techniques
8. Work closely with Student support teams based in each school toconfirmavailability
9. Collect deposit payments and proceed with data input on Salesforce
10. Participate in occasional student fairs
Desired Skills, Experience & Requirements
* Relevant experience in salesdepartment ideally in travel & tourism industry or in language education
* Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Italian levelrequired (C1/C2)with very high English.Other languages a plus
* Ability to prioritize effectively and to work with deadlines
* Experience of dealing with high volume of leads
* Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close sales in the language required and English
* Resilient and consistent, with ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused ongoals
