What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to join our dynamic organization as the Sr Manager, Sales Motions & Productivity. As a key member of the Central Global Sales Strategy team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving increased sales productivity and effectiveness of our sales motions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Motion Analysis: Continuous analysis of our main sales motions across our organization. Identify which motions are effective and which are not, providing insights and recommendations on areas of improvements.
* Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the key touch points from prospect to first $1 to ongoing revenue acceleration, as well as best practices for GTM engagement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various GTM strategy, operations, marketing & enablement teams to ensure tight alignment and support of our sales motions. Focus on driving actions and outcomes.
* Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales motions, AE productivity, and the impact of supporting programs. Use data-driven insights to drive improvement & recommendations.
* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on the effectiveness of sales motions and productivity initiatives to senior management; additionally provide input on annual planning in terms of roles deployed and incentives required.
* Documentation & Resources: Provide clear and comprehensive documentation on the design of our sales motions. Create and maintain resources that outline the various roles and responsibilities across different sales positions.
What You Will Need:
* Proven track record of success in GTM strategy & ops leadership roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
* In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
* Strong ability to understand and translate complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations.
* Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; proven success in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
* Customer-oriented, with the ability to build relationships with customers (including internal).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Personal Characteristics:
* Passion for mentoring and leading teams for a highly technical product in the cloud.
* Must be hungry and willing to commit to bringing order and putting the right foundations in place.
* A natural instinct for sales strategy and attention to detail.
* Exceptional organizational skills, able to advocate and get necessary buy-in for programs, and can set up scalable processes/programs.

* Very strong written and verbal communicator.
