Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising sector focused on social media, exceptional communication skills in English, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. This role also includes leading new business pitch presentations, ensuring excellence in client relationship management, and driving campaign success from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage 360° marketing campaigns, including online and offline components, across various sectors.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusting relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations for new business pitches.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting to clients.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 4+ years in an account management role within the advertising sector.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Social Media: Strong background in social media, with the ability to understand and implement the strategy developed by the Head of Strategy to ensure its effective application in managing Always On accounts.
* Expertise: Proven experience managing integrated campaigns (online and offline).
* Skills: Strong presentation and storytelling skills for pitches and client meetings.
* Attributes: A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented professional with a client-centric mindset.
Languages:
* Spanish (mandatory)
* Any other languages are a plus.
