THE ROLE
Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona. We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to strengthen our team as soon as possible with the following responsibilities:
* Closely collaborating with and supporting the customer service.
* Attend meetings with CS and supply chain teams, raise and resolve issues affecting customers or operations.
* Monitor and address the Color Materials assignment sheets and manage support functions to facilitate the order fulfillment process for the Color Materials customer service team.
* Central contact for Customer Master Data Maintenance and problem-solving by identifying root causes and implementing solutions for internal and external customers.
* Support special projects as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role or a comparable position.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
* Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple activities.
* Very good communication skills in English.
