YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Product and Business Development :
* Identify and deliver new product and supplier opportunities within the overallsegments and utilize customer and market potential to achieve growth.
* Support the sales growth of the product group.
* Provide product-market information to internal stakeholders & reviewproduct performance.
* Provide input for supply chain improvements.
Leadership / Relationships :
* Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers andinfluencers within the relevant supplier communities.
* Develop strong relationships with Brenntag internal colleagues and have theability to manage and influence, without having direct authority.
* Lead an internal network for local product management whoare focused on the product group to ensure delivery of the strategies..
* Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Iberia Food;
* Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
* Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
* Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service and PM / IMM and sharebest practices.
* Contribute to product development projects.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex,multi-country / regional company.
Work experience in international settings
Knowledge :
Master degree (e.g. Food technology, Ingenuity, Economics) or similar level of education.
