Within an international team of Telemarketers, the main responsibility of the position is the issuance of calls to existing customers in the assigned countries to follow up on the different campaigns launched by our Marketing department. The goal of the call is to inform and generate interest, leads. It's not sales or cold calls.
Our clients have a qualified professional profile and usually a technician in the area of R&D, Laboratory, Quality Control, Production, Engineering and Purchasing, among others, and belong to various industrial sectors such as Pharma, Food and Beverages, Chemicals, Petrochemicals.
Candidates will participate in campaigns for any of our product divisions (balances and analytical instrumentation for laboratories, industrial weighing solutions, instruments for the measurement of chemical parameters in line, among others), as well as after-sales technical services, for which they will receive prior internal training.
We are looking for dynamic candidates, with good verbal communication and high active listening. Good skills for telephone management of clients and ability to work in a team. Willingness to learn new products and different industrial environments.
Functions:
Reporting directly to the person responsible for the marketing campaign, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Issuing calls to customers to reactivate their interests in the product that is the object of marketing campaigns.
2. Present new products to customers and, if applicable, send technical information and carry out the due follow-up.
3. Detect and, as far as possible, intensify the customer's interest in the product by entering the information into the management CRM.
4. Support the commercial division of the product that is the subject of the marketing campaign, directly communicating the sales opportunities that have been detected.
5. Carry out the reporting of all the actions carried out in each marketing campaign.
