JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the recruitment process for the positions needed from in-store profiles to office vacancies including from the creation of job descriptions to the screening and interviewing of candidates. You will also be responsible for managing the process with the vacancy partners.
You will be responsible for the processes from start to finish and can manage between 5 and 15 vacancies at the same time.
REQUIREMENTS
1. To have completed or be in the last year of higher education (Degree or Master's Degree) in Labour Relations, Human Resources and/or Psychology among others.
2. High level of spoken and written Spanish and English.
3. Previous experience in retail and recruitment will be an asset.
4. Residence in Barcelona or surroundings.
5. Have a work permit in Spain with DNI or NIE and Social Security Number.
