Job missionCollaborate with Engineering Responsible to improve the industrial processes in terms of ergonomics, labor cost and lead time. Drive projects, define and execute the different implementations (line architecture industrialization) and guarantee the performance of industrial processes, applying Lean tools and SPS (Schneider Performance System) methodology.FunctionsImplement adaptations on the processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual and automatic processes using SPS techniques and tools.Drive projects (continuous improvement, transformation, product evolution) through phases and main milestones, including project specifications to execution (technical and industrial background is very required).Be involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Time and Productivity requirements.Study, propose and validate the development of new workstations.Ensure the implementation of SPS principles and implement Lean tools.Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.Manage line capacities adaptation according to the dedicated tools (CAMA).Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility).Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.Qualify means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location.Collaborate with SERE in all actions related to Ergonomics/Safety (risk assessments, diagnoses, action plans).Be able to boost the digital transformation implementing and being the Key User of one or more manufacturing digital tools (IoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, etc.).Skills & ExperienceEngineering degree, preferably with specialization in automation, electronics, industrial or electrics.Knowledge in PLC programming and in electrical diagrams.Continuous improvement methodologies such as 6sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5 S, Project Management and Ergonomics.Languages: Spanish and English.IT: MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP.1-3 years of experience in industrial processes improvement.Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
