This role is responsible for managing financial accounting and reporting according to accounting standards and local laws. It includes overseeing the general ledger, ensuring tax compliance for Spanish entities, and leading ERP system implementation. The role also supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensures audits are completed, and makes sure financial processes comply with regulations. Additionally, the role involves preparing financial statements, improving intercompany transactions, and working with other teams to enhance financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial accounting and reporting in compliance with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, local regulations).
* Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely closing processes.
* Handle tax compliance and filings for Spanish entities, ensuring adherence to local laws.
* Lead the implementation and management of ERP systems for financial processes.
* Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
* Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
* Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidation processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and processes.

Our Hiring Process:
