As a unicorn startup, we continue to tackle new global challenges, heavily investing in AI to reshape our strategies and enhance efficiency across teams.**What You’ll DoIn this role, you will spearhead the technical strategy for our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partners teams have the solutions they need to maximize revenue and productivity. Key responsibilities include:
* Transform our GTM through technology, developing and implementing disruptive, AI-based solutions.
* Own and optimize Factorial’s GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and post-sales operations.
* Evaluate, implement, and manage new GTM tools (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.), removing obstacles and streamlining processes.
* Lead a diverse team of managers and individual contributors, inspiring and developing their talent to achieve ambitious goals.
* Identify and solve business challenges using technology, leveraging key indicators to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Data Ops and Engineering, as well as commercial teams, to align tech solutions with each department’s needs.
* Report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, playing an active role in the GTM leadership team and working cross-functionally with other department heads.
**What we are looking for
* At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with the strong interest in go-to-market strategies, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
* Proven track record creating tech solutions and leading teams in rapidly changing, scalable environments.
* Experience in building AI solutions to optimize the productivity and processes of GTM teams
* Advanced Go-to-Market knowledge and an ability to interpret metrics that inform better processes and results.
* Ability to lead with vision, anticipate future needs, and solve problems through technology.
* Understanding of GTM platforms and tools (CRM, automation, integrations, analytics).
* Experience in AI solutions to optimize sales and marketing workflows.
* Inspirational leadership to guide and develop teams of varied seniorities.
* Stakeholder management and excellent communication to partner with multiple functions.
