Job Description :
Enfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA’s, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals.
This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts inclusive of all contracts exhibits while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.
Key Responsibilities :
* Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Enfinity Global’s EPC department.
* Contract negotiations and buyout.
* Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts.
* Agreeing budgets and timescales with the contractors.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers.
* Acting as main point of contact with legal department and project managers.
* Making sure construction projects contracts meet agreed technical standards.
* Manage contract renewals, change orders, etc.
* Mitigate organizational contract risks together with the legal department.
Qualifications :
* Master’s degree in Engineering.
* Energy or Construction contracts previous experience (7+ years).
* Excellent command of English AND Italian language.
* Previous experience in reviewing and advising on EPC contracts.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Leadership skills.
* Team player attitude.
* International mobility both for short missions and potentially for mid-term assignments.
