Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the main responsibilities will include:
* Supervision and coordination of 3 Key Accounts and 6 sales agents located in different countries.
* Market analysis through research to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of the company and competitors to enhance client relationships.
* Manage relationships by identifying influencers and decision-makers within company accounts.
* Drive the Group's Private Label business by implementing strategies that consolidate the services offered by the organization, creating offers that provide value and differentiation.
* Quotation of tenders and control of P&L.
* Coordination with other departments.
* Management and expansion of the product portfolio for current clients.
The Successful Applicant
* Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
* Languages: very high level of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Essential experience in business acquisition with a strong network of contacts in the sector, preferably in food, with a good track record with European and USA buying centers.
* Experience in managing and developing international tender projects.
* A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales as an International Key Account Manager, Group Key Account Manager, or Export Manager, managing accounts at both National and International levels.
* Essential experience in food and beverage companies, with extensive knowledge of the Private Label business at an international level (Europe and the United States).
* Results-oriented profile with leadership skills and the ability to manage a senior team.
* The workplace will be in Tarragona unless travel outside of Spain is required.
