Rooftop General Manager
As the Rooftop General Manager at The Social Hub, you are responsible for the effective management and development of the Rooftop venue. This includes working closely with the Rooftop Head Chef and supported by the Director of F&B to manage all aspects of the Restaurant, including concept delivery, team management, service standards, financial performance, marketing activations, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing a rooftop restaurant, bar, or similar venue, with a track record of delivering exceptional results
* 1+ years in a leadership role within F&B with independent concept experience, with expertise in operations, team management, and financial oversight for a business generating €1m+ in revenue per year
* Experience in concept-driven venues, combining creativity and operational excellence

* Act quickly and decisively, even in situations with unclear alternatives
