At Simorra we are looking for a Digital Product Manager & Merchandiser to join our eCommerce team and support our online platforms in Europe and Mexico. You will be responsible for optimizing the online product catalog, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is detail-oriented, and stays up to date with eCommerce trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of SIMORRA's Digital team, your key responsibilities will include:
Shopify Website & Product Management:
* Organize product grids based on stock levels, bestsellers, and color coordination.
* Regularly upload and update new products (images, descriptions, pricing, sizes, and characteristics) across all markets. Edit and review product detail pages, ensuring accurate image order, descriptions, pricing, size availability, and translations into French and English.
* Perform weekly best-seller reviews to optimize visibility and sales.
* Monitor stock levels, identifying low or out-of-stock products for restocking.
* Create and manage product collections on the website.
* Update various website sections, including contact pages, shipping and return policies, FAQs, legal disclaimers, and store information.
Campaign & Promotion Activations:
* Create and update banners and promotional content.
* Develop and edit landing pages for campaigns.
* Activate and manage seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with promotional strategies and key product drops.
E-Commerce Analytics & Performance Tracking:
* Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly category and product performance, leveraging both site and sales data to identify actionable insights.
* Conduct weekly sales reviews, evaluating the performance of new products, top sellers, and large orders.
* Provide monthly category performance reports (YoY), tracking trends, brand-specific performance, price points, and collection success.
* Generate and summarize monthly item-level return reports for internal teams.
* Review daily and weekly merchandising reports, assessing revenue sources and identifying key-performing products.
Competitor & Market Analysis:
* Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking, tracking pricing, assortment, promotions, visual merchandising trends, and product launches.
* Monitor best-performing e-commerce strategies and industry trends to optimize SIMORRA’s online presence.
User Experience (UX) & Conversion Optimitzation:
* Ensure an optimal shopping experience across all devices, focusing on usability and engagement.
* Work closely with development teams to implement Shopify improvements and new features.
* Merchandise the online catalog to enhance search relevancy, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
* Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for product pages, filtering systems, and recommendations.
* Recommend complementary products via the "Complete Your Look" module based on commercial insights and styling team suggestions.
Marketing & Content Coordination:
* Provide commercial recommendations for homepages, landing pages, email marketing, and banners.
* Oversee the creation of ad copies for paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads).
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce or Digital Merchandising role.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
* Strong analytical skills, with experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, and merchandising tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for fashion and digital commerce.
