Job Purpose
Enhance the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, by analyzing experience indicators and implementing targeted improvement projects, in alignment with organizational priorities, with the goal of boosting employee engagement, satisfaction, and belonging.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
1. Analyze comprehensive employee experience and organizational indicators, such as employee satisfaction, retention rates, and employee experience scores, in order to identify trends and areas of improvement.
2. Coordinate employee feedback and monitor the impact of employee experience initiatives, using established metrics and regular reporting to assess progress.
3. Design and define employee experience projects based on employee feedback and organizational data analysis, promoting and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
4. Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee networks within the employee experience framework.
5. Enhance the digital employee experience, working with digital tools and platforms.
6. Prepare and disseminate experience-related reports for leadership and stakeholders, presenting insights and providing recommendations for future initiatives.
Education
* A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is essential.
Experience
* Manager experience required. At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development is required.
Languages
* English Full professional proficiency (C1 or above) is essential.
* Proficiency C1 in Spanish is required.
Others
* Ability to analyze HR metrics and indicators.
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Specific experience managing HR projects end-to-end (from design to implementation and follow-up).
* Familiarity with HR digital experience tools and platforms is advantageous.
* Experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
