Summary
Our Technical Solution Delivery, Associate Director for project delivery will be a key partner with Technology Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. You will apply your Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and data management expertise to support clinical trial analytics and positively impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all activities related to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Serve as a highly technical-oriented service delivery expert, with deep expertise in full cycle software development life cycle (SDLC) from ideation to hypercare.
* Lead all activities related to the SDLC, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, and hypercare, while ensuring the scope, quality, and business needs are met.
* Provide database (including Oracle and SQL) and data integration expertise, working with on-premise custom-built applications as well as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
* Verify the implementation aligns with the established architecture principles and quality requirements, working closely with infrastructure, quality, and architecture teams.
* Connect the dots between various architecture groups and explain the architecture and data flow to stakeholders, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
* Have experience in gathering and refining raw requirements, creating user stories, and developing business proposals to secure budget approvals for projects.
* Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of projects, reviewing and assessing Statements Of Work (SOW) to optimize cost-effectiveness and availability of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Work with the procurement team to ensure the SOW is operational and adheres to all quality processes.
* Identify and resolve interdependencies among stakeholders, including upstream and downstream teams, to ensure on-time project delivery and manage project risks effectively.
* Collaborate and coach project and program managers, asking sensible questions and providing expertise to drive project success.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in a technical role, including significant experience within programming and solution design.
* Expert understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with proven track record in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing and integrating complex, cross-divisional end-to-end technical solutions with large data volumes.
* Strong expertise in on-premise and cloud application data management (e.g. Oracle & SQL), data integration and data quality.
* Experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience and demonstrated capability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Clinical Data Management expertise.
* Exposure to a wide range of technologies is preferred.
* Experience in highly regulated environments, ideally in the Pharma industry, including on Computer System Validation.
