Global Customer Shared Services Specialist

We are looking for a Global Customer Shared Services Specialist to join the International Customer Service department. Integrated within the Global Supply Chain, International Customer Service is a key part of the supply chain focused on customer fulfillment of our own manufactured products and third-party products distributed by Grifols.
The primary role of the Global Customer Shared Services Specialist is to process tasks related to Contract Management, Pricing Management, Master Data, and other support activities for international distributors and third-party customers of the Diagnostic and Healthcare Divisions.
What your responsibilities will be:
* Coordinate the compliance and legal aspects of international distribution to ensure that the supply of products through international distributors is according to internal policies and external regulations:
1. Process, supporting the Corporate Compliance teams, the Due Diligence requests for international distributors in a timely manner to the North American Compliance Department prior to the signature of any legal contract.
2. Process and collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Quality, and other involved departments in the preparation, revision, approval, and signature process of commercial agreements and other legal documentation according to corporate guidelines and external regulations.
3. Coordinate the legalization and/or translation of documents when required.
4. Keep up to date the third-party Customers Annual Compliance Certificates in cooperation with Commercial teams.
5. Keep up to date legal contracts and process the cancellation, renewal, and/or any applicable amendment according to stakeholder instructions.
6. Upload all relevant documents to the corporate archiving tool.
* Process the Master Data requests of new customers and/or update data in existing ones:
1. Process the requests to create or modify the data of any International Customer in SAP as per company procedures.
2. Enter in SAP the approved third-party Customer Prices provided by the Commercial Division.
* Provide an excellent service level to our customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction:
1. Work collaboratively and liaise with other departments for seamless operations in the area.
2. Process the requests received from customers and stakeholders correctly and in a timely manner.
3. Keep customers and stakeholders informed in a professional manner ensuring accuracy.
4. Escalate to the line responsible any complex issues for advice.
5. Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date data records.

* Bachelor's Degree (Business administration, Finance, or similar), preferably.
* Experience in similar tasks and/or in a similar area.
* Advanced level of English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
* Knowledge or experience in SAP is a plus.
* MS Office.
* Customer oriented.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive and results-oriented.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
