Our client is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world, making the best fantasy miniatures anywhere! On their behalf, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager for the German market to join our European Sales Office team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers in the German market. Your primary objective will be to ensure every store owner receives a quality phone call each week, leading to the enhancement of their stock holding, the sale of new releases, and the provision of knowledge to improve their product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Weekly Quality Calls: ensure every client receives a meaningful phone call each week.
* Monthly Restock Orders: facilitate appropriate restock orders for each client every month.
* Sales Support: assist clients in growing their sales of our products.
* Relationship Building: foster and enhance long-term business relationships, aiming for increased product sales year on year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous account management or sales experience, preferably within the retail sector.
* Fluency in German and English is essential (written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree.
* Valid driver's license required, as client visits may be necessary from time to time.
* EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain (a must).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
* Availability to work onsite in Barcelona (relocation subsidy will be offered).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, roughly 9 AM to 5 PM (depending on your territory).
