You will work closely with our experienced team of Recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Tasks
* Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media
* Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates
* Managing and conducting different types of interviews in German & English
* Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding
* Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates
* Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
* People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
* Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
