We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our sales team based in Palma.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze client accounts and expansion opportunities: monitor sales progress and advise on appropriate actions to boost sales in each market (prioritizing the TOP5).
* Manage email communications with clients, offices, contractors, etc., to optimize actions on accounts.
* Communicate product information to clients: Marketing of castles, financials, new destinations, destinations to push or destinations going down, product distribution, campaigns, offers, and promo emails (B2B, B2C, third parties, markets, etc.).
* Handle specific client incidents in hotels or contracted services, cross-checking data between clients and our offices (portfolio review, missing information, etc.).
* Review client mapping/situation (product, destinations) and FTP cross-checks (with clients).
* Cover the manager's role during travel absences to ensure clients do not face delays in responses.
* Participate in relevant trade fairs to maintain contact with clients and explore new business opportunities.
Knowledge:
* Degree in Tourism or a related field.
* CRM knowledge.
* FileZilla, Databindr, Amadeus, TAM, Gmail. Advanced Excel and Word skills.
* Advanced level of English and German.
