We are currently hiring an International Sales Director for our office located in Barcelona.
As the International Sales Director you are responsible for the further development of Distributors market strategy in the short run and the long run and will carry out the values, mission and vision of the company.
We are looking for someone who has a strong experience in the cosmetic industry, are continuously searching for new opportunities for growth and product improvements relevant to each country and know how to motivate the teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the region. Coordinate the sales team.
* Distributor Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
* Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales through the distributor network.
* Negotiation: Negotiate business agreements and contracts with distributors to maximize mutual benefits.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust business strategies accordingly.
* Management of the sales team, marketing, training and customer services.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in business development, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
* Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
* Willingness to travel and manage international relationships.
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
