As Sales Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the commercial department, ensuring strong communication with distributors and achieving sales goals. This role includes direct responsibility for Europe and indirect responsibility for global sales performance.
Scope
This position involves the following major responsibilities
* Build and maintain effective communication with distributors across Europe.
* Manage European sales channels and provide indirect support globally.
* Schedule regular meetings with distributors and sales channels to align on goals and strategies.
* Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Oversee CRM system operations and manage demo equipment and teams.
* Diagnose and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
* Answer tenders with technical input and written documentation
* Support demos and installations
* Stay updated on relevant technologies
Competencies
* Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
* Knowledge of Ethernet and IP networking technology and protocols
* Proven track record in sales management, preferably in telecom or a related industry.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results.
* Excellent communication in English (additional languages are a significant advantage)
