We are looking for an experienced Executive Search recruiter, for the direct search and selection of middle, senior and top management professionals.
Responsibilities :
1. Definition of the search strategy and initial identification of potential companies and candidates.
2. Direct search and resourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter).
3. Candidates evaluation.
4. Longlist presentation.
5. Shortlist presentation.
6. Other potential mapping roles mandates.
7. Collaborate, as a team, with internal partners, in the alignment of each project.
8. Formatting documents according to the house style.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in Executive Search, recruitment, talent acquisition.
2. LinkedIn Recruiter, professional level.
3. High quality client service oriented person, with exceptional organizational and detail orientated skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously, with a genuine sense of integrity, solid work ethic and an open mind.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work remotely and effectively managing your own schedule.
7. Fluent Spanish and English.
8. Previous remote work experience.
