The Role:
As a Digital Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of all IT & Digital portfolios (investments, product groups, resources, projects, programs, and initiatives) to maximize value delivery and value for money.
The role provides a consolidated view of the project and product management portfolio strategy, investments, and timelines. You will set up and orchestrate the necessary governance and operations to generate insights about the Portfolio Benefits Delivery in line with Nespresso's strategic objectives.
In This Role, You Will:
* Portfolio Leadership: Promote the Digital and Technology portfolio goals across the enterprise in line with the business strategies.
* Expertise and Best Practices: Guide portfolio structuring and management best practices while conducting periodic reviews.
* Trend Analysis and Resource Management: Monitor trends and forecasts, recommending adjustments, and balancing skills and budget across teams.
* Strategic Alignment: Ensure the portfolio is aligned with enterprise objectives and provide performance insights on the Business Portfolio.
* Risk Management: Assess risks, create response plans, and report on financials and benefits.
* Governance and Value Delivery: Establish and evolve frameworks for governance and benefit realization, and lead periodic reviews of benefits planning.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure visibility and transparency of portfolio value with key stakeholders and facilitate collaboration among senior leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and Product Managers.
* Portfolio Management Coordination: Define structure, manage demand, and oversee selection and performance metrics.
* Communication and Reporting: Develop performance reports, hold governance meetings, and advise executives.
* High-Performing Organization: Enable a collaborative and effective high-performing matrix organization.
* Cultural Alignment: Align with Digital Strategy, promote an open culture, and encourage innovation.
* Performance Management: Enhance organizational performance by empowering individuals, providing feedback, evaluating performance, fostering continuous improvement, and recognizing achievements.
What We're Looking For:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. 10+ years of IT and direct-to-consumer business/industry experience.
3. 7-10 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major IT projects and programs.
4. Demonstrated experience in a Direct To Consumer Business (Digital Commerce, Retail).
