JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Definition of the annual plan of the category of the out-of-home channel, focusing on the HORECA channel.
2. Design and develop action plans for the channel that include:
1. Segmentation and action plan by type of customer
2. Definition of assortment (suitable products and formats)
3. Definition of the execution strategy of the distributor and sales force
4. Promotional policy
5. Activation plan for the POS
3. Lead the execution of strategic projects with sales teams aimed at winning at the point of sale.
4. Define the KPIs of execution of the annual strategic plan and define together with the systems team the reporting of those KPIs and subsequent follow-up.
5. Definition of the execution targets and KPIs for the Sales team.
6. Analysis and segmentation of customers by type and channel.
7. Identification of deviations and development of corrective actions when necessary.
8. Work as a team with the sales and marketing team to define activation plans according to channel and customer needs, suitable for each brand.
9. Lead client meetings alongside key account managers to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration.
10. Oversee agency relationships, including campaign management, briefings, and project execution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar
2. 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing position in the Away from Home channel. Very valuable experience in the out-of-home channel.
3. Experience in HORECA channel.
4. Advanced level of Spanish and English.
5. High computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
