Sales Account - (Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona)

We need to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating a Sales Account.
Your role:
1. Prospecting and developing different markets.
2. Manage customers through open and interactive communication.
3. Negotiate and close orders.
4. Prepare offers.
5. Identify and assess customer needs.
6. Manage customer complaints by following up to ensure their resolution.
7. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
8. Prepare activity reports.
9. Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Your Skills:
1. Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area.
2. Experience in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragrances is highly valued.
3. Higher education in the field of economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, among other related training.
4. Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued.
5. Languages: High level of English.
