This high-impact role focuses on acquiring new clients, leveraging existing relationships, and expanding our market share in transatlantic logistics.The ideal candidate is currently active in the market, with a strong client portfolio in U.S.-Spain import/export, and has at least 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics (freight forwarding, transport, supply chain, etc.).As a key member of the team, you will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and potentially build a dedicated U.S. sales team.Key Responsibilities✅ Leverage an existing client base to generate immediate business in freight forwarding between the U.S. and Spain. ✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans for air, ocean, and road freight. ✅ Expand Paramount Express's market presence in the United States. ✅ Actively prospect and acquire new clients in the logistics and supply chain sector. ✅ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure long-term partnerships. ✅ Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs in U.S.-Spain trade. ✅ Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery. ✅ Potentially build and lead a sales team focused on the U.S. market.Qualifications & Experience Active in the logistics market with a strong client portfolio in U.S.-Spain trade. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding (mandatory). Proven track record of business development & exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road) & U.S. customs regulations. Leadership experience or the ability to build and manage a sales team. Excellent communication skills in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
