In this role, you'll spearhead the implementation of our trade marketing strategy in France, focusing on developing strong commercial relationships, maximizing in-store visibility, and unlocking new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Head of Trade Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's success story.
Key Responsibilities
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our commercial network in France to identify business opportunities and support sales teams in closing key deals.
* Boost Brand Visibility at POS: Lead 360º marketing initiatives to ensure our brand shines at key points of sale.
* Manage Key Accounts: Nurture relationships with top clients and buying groups, ensuring loyalty and seamless execution of trade marketing activities like trainings, window displays, and trunk shows.
* Drive Market Presence: Conduct regular visits to top accounts to present campaigns, gather feedback, and explore growth opportunities.
* Unlock New Business Potential: Identify high-potential clients and elevate them to premium account tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) through tailored marketing actions and personalized support.
* Deliver Customized Experiences: Oversee POS personalization projects, collaborating with internal design, marketing, and sales teams to bring bespoke ideas to life.
* Analyze Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain our leadership position.
* Represent the Brand: Be the face of our brand at industry trade shows and events across the French market.
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing or commercial roles, ideally in fashion, eyewear, or luxury industries, with a focus on the French market.
* Proven track record in business development and closing strategic opportunities.
* Willingness to travel frequently to France.
* Native or fluent French speaker; advanced English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
* Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
* Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
