Job Purpose
We need you to join our team and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce CRM and system integration.
Represent business needs and drive technology initiatives for Customer Operations systems projects related to Salesforce CRM and systems integration within the Customer Operations area, by defining project scopes, gathering requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and tracking performance outcomes, in alignment with broader customer operations strategy, quality standards, and budgetary constraints, with the aim of delivering solutions that enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiencies.
Main Accountabilities
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce CRM and system integration providing technical and strategic expertise, ensuring the optimal use of Salesforce to meet team needs.
* Leverage extensive experience in Salesforce CRM and system integration to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to senior leadership, keep stakeholders informed, manage relevant stakeholders, develop training materials, communication expectations, and ensure successful plans, and support structures to maximize end-user adoption and value from new systems.
* Assist in estimating project costs, return on investment (ROI), and resource requirements for each initiative, collaborating with vendors, technology partners, and IT teams to ensure deliverables meet cost, timeline, and performance targets.

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
* 2 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and system integration.
* Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert in both technical and strategic aspects of Salesforce.
* Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with a clear grasp of product lifecycle management, enabling efficient sprint planning and continuous product improvement.
Competencies
* Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and self-service platforms, ensuring smooth integration and enhancement of customer service technology solutions.
* Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with a clear grasp of product lifecycle management, enabling efficient sprint planning and continuous product improvement.
* Familiarity with airline or travel industry operations (highly desirable).
* Expertise in business intelligence (BI) and data analytics, including performance tracking, gap analysis, and dashboard creation.
