The objective of this position is to support the seamless implementation and execution of Marketing, Samples, or other types of orders, ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to an exceptional service experience.
This role is key to enabling timely and accurate order processing, driving internal coordination, and ensuring alignment with all departments involved. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Planning, Sales Operations, Logistics, and Credit Control) to monitor the full lifecycle of the order process.
To achieve this, you will track and validate incoming orders, flag any inconsistencies, monitor stock allocation and shipping timelines, and ensure that confirmed orders are executed On Time In Full (OTIF). You will also play an essential role in maintaining accurate records and reporting KPIs related to order performance.

This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and allows you the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
You will have an opportunity to:
* End-to End Orders Processing Support throughout their entire lifecycle.
* Perform the order entry process into the SAP system (ERP).
* Manage operational relationships with cross-functional teams.
* Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse.
* Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.)
* Data analysis and statistics.
You have:
* SAP, Salesforce, Excel knowledge.
* Fluent English is a must.
* Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports.
* Digital and data orientation: Data consolidation, analysis and processing.
* Cross functional working teams.
