Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a highly-skilled professional to join as Reporting Analyst.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
2. Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided.
3. Use data modeling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
4. Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations.
5. Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
6. Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary.
7. Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
8. Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
Requirements
9. IT/Technical/Quantitative degree or equivalent working experience as a Business Analyst
10. Knowledge of SQL, Python is a plus as well as in data visualization
11. Working experience with Power BI
12. Financial Analysis experience desirable
13. Advanced knowledge of IT office tools (Google Sheets/Excel desirable)
14. C1 Level of English
15. Good level of Spanish is a plus
16. Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
17. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
18. Working experience in KPI monitoring
19. Working experience in contact center sector is desirable
20. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes
21. Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
22. Strong interest in business and business development
23. Good understanding of information technology
