Leading FMCG Company in Barcelona is looking for a Global Marketing Manager. The Global Marketing Manager will be in charge of managing Global Markets in the Company's categories.

FUNCTIONS
1. Managing the Global Markets for the company’s various categories.
2. Leading diverse strategic projects for the local Marketing Teams.
3. Developing key performance indicators and track business performance across geographic markets.
4. Overall responsibility for the P&L.
5. Working with local markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation.
6. Advising and coaching the local markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement.
7. Driving and implementing strategy and growth plans in the Global Markets.
8. Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables.
9. Market performance understanding and insights.
10. Integrate strategies across local and global functions, including Sales, Finance, Production and Legal.
Requirements
1. Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience as a MKMG in a Global position in FMCG industry.
2. Proficient level of English.
3. Experience in Product development and Project Management.
