**Your Role as a Digital Experience Leader**
You will be the driving force behind creating extraordinary experiences for our key clients, ensuring their needs are met through eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Data Insight, and time and material projects.
As a Digital Experience Leader, you will spearhead the sales process from identifying opportunities to securing new business, while nurturing strong relationships with our most valued customers.

* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
* Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
**Managing Your Time Effectively**
1. Build Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and promote opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive company revenue
2. Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and tech solutions, as well as market trends and competitors
3. Consultative Sales Approach: Guide clients through the best use of our software and tech solutions, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business goals
4. Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up
5. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
**Qualifications**
Who Are You?
Our ideal candidate has an Economics, Business, Software Engineer, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with an MBA highly valued.
Proven experience in selling IT management solutions, particularly in eCommerce Brands, is essential.
Expertise in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space is required.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed targets are necessary.
Experience in process management and optimization to improve efficiencies is valuable.
Passion for creating exceptional client experiences through personalized solutions is crucial.
**Skills & Behaviours**
Our Digital Experience Leader must be fluent in English and Spanish, with French and Catalan highly valued.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technological solutions is essential.
Strong results orientation and ability to work independently are necessary.
Availability to travel as required is a requirement.
