At Light Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryEssential Job Functions:Give support to the sales team in order to prepare the quotes (proforma invoices, configuration sheets and conversion request forms).Prepare the necessary contracts and amendments and submit it to the legal department for approval.Update the status of the orders in the pipeline application, in order the sales forecast is maintained accurately.Check that all the documentation is correct, configure the order in the system and place them to production in a timely manner.Troubleshoot problems as needed by working with the sales, compliance, finance, legal, production, shipping and field service departments to clear obstacles and keep orders in process.Prepare (or get and review) all the shipping documents and organize (or follow up) the shipments of the orders to the delivery places.Follow up on live date, removal date and conversion date for participation orders and advise all the necessary people.File all the necessary documentation as requested by the internal and external auditors.Qualifications:Education: University Degree and/or Foreign Trade educational backgroundRequired Experience: 3 years business experience in international environmentKnowledge, Skills Abilities:Fluent in English, French and SpanishGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge in International Commerce rules, incoterms, documents, …is valuable.Knowledge of Oracle / Navision preferredAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesMust be very detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communications skillsMust be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as job requirements may change.Physical Requirements: Office environment, heavy phone and computer use.
