A leading international company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition process optimization. This role is crucial in attracting top talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, and positioning the company as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Strategy
️ Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
️ Drive recruitment planning for senior hires and key positions, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent.
️ Optimize hiring processes and recruitment frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
️ Implement data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging market insights and internal metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
️ Identify emerging trends in talent acquisition, recruitment technology, and digital hiring solutions.
Sourcing & Senior Hiring
️ Utilize direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, industry networks) to attract hard-to-reach candidates.
️ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior-level roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
️ Develop innovative candidate attraction campaigns to target both active and passive talent.
️ Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on role profiling, talent mapping, and recruitment strategies.
️ Evaluate external recruitment vendors to ensure the best ROI and service quality.
Employer Branding & EVP Development
️ Design and execute a compelling Employer Branding strategy to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
️ Strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with company culture and long-term talent goals.
️ Collaborate with marketing and internal communications teams to promote career growth, employee success stories, and DE&I initiatives.
️ Develop engaging content for career pages, social media, and employer branding campaigns.
️ Establish university partnerships, talent pipelines, and industry collaborations to enhance brand awareness.
Process Optimization & Technology Integration
️ Streamline and automate recruitment processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
️ Maximize the efficiency of ATS platforms (Workday is a plus) and digital sourcing tools.
️ Use talent analytics and market intelligence to inform decision-making and enhance recruitment KPIs.
️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives in TA workflows, ensuring best practices and compliance with hiring regulations.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
️ Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership, providing insights and solutions on talent acquisition challenges.
️ Coach and support hiring managers in recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
️ Partner with Learning & Development teams to improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
️ Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in hiring processes and employer branding efforts.
Ideal Profile
7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency-based, within fast-paced industries.
Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
Proven experience in Employer Branding and EVP strategy development.
Experience with ATS systems (Workday is a plus) and recruitment automation tools.
Ability to analyze internal & external talent market data to drive hiring decisions.
University degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields (HR postgraduate training is desirable).
Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality & accuracy.
