As a Retail Controller, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Finance Department and driving it to new heights.
What Will You Do?
1. Manage and control retail KPIs and sales in the different channels.
2. Produce reports to business and finance partners.
3. Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide assistance in strategic decision-making.
4. Support Business Plans simulations and CARs (Capital Request) preparations.
5. Manage different levels of targets (financial, commercial, bonus) and ensure alignment of HR, finance, and business partners.
6. Share follow-up file to POS (CIDITIs) including daily targets and actual figures (1 file per quarter).

Minimum Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience (Senior level)
* BTEC Higher National Diploma, Diploma of Higher Education
