About the Role:
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing a program to ensure it delivers expected business outcomes, on time, within budget, scope, and quality. This includes dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management).
Adhering to established program and project management methodologies, the manager will structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control, and close it, ensuring quality and integrity of information across the enterprise.
The role requires accountability for execution of projects, managing program-level risks, quality, and procurement, leading the program team, and being the point of contact for program-level resources.
Responsibilities:
* Governance: Establish governance, approve suppliers, create plans.
* Execution: Manage interdependencies, monitor projects, assess risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Develop stakeholder maps and communication plans.
* Closure: Close programs and projects, manage teams and resources.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Functional SAP Supply Chain/Procurement experience.
* 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
* 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager with increasing leadership responsibilities.
* Leadership skills, track record in developing people, and cultural diversity experience.
* Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
* Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
