About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Sales representatives from quotation creation to order booking and follow-up in SAP.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Process formal quotes in public tender processes and orders, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
* Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in various post-sales functions.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal organizations, such as sales, logistics, installation planning, and collections, to resolve customer inquiries.
* Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience by applying knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and compliance requirements.
* Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
* Perform routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.
Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
* Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated customer service focus.
* Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.
* Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Proactive approach, curiosity to learn, and ability to take initiative and ownership.
* MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel; SAP/CRM experience preferred.
