We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to cover a medical leave and provide service in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support of Business Insights Managers.
* Act as trusted and strategic partner for local teams, investigate, anticipate and answer key business questions related to commercial success.
* Leading customer needs identification through customers, brand, market insights generation to detect opportunities for Business Plans.
* Ensuring reflection of identified customer & market insights in commercialization approaches by creating actionable customer, brand and market knowledge.
* Propose and conduct the development of annual research plans and controlling budgets allocated for that.
* Provide input for short and long-term forecasts for individual brand performance, including alternative forecast scenarios associated with changes in market events/assumptions.
BUSINESS PLANS SCOPE:
* Consolidate available data and information in a Strategic Assessment (business insights) to share in-depth understanding of market, customer, competition, brand performance and trends.
* Identify critical business issues and opportunities in a proactive way.
* Provide consultancy in OPU questionnaire design to facilitate better post analysis and reduce bias.
* Participate and provide strategic vision in Business Plans and core team/ad-hoc meetings.
* Propose and conduct Market Research (MR) plans and tools to answer key business questions. Optimizing Corporate synergies with global MR plan.
* Support forecasting implementation.
* Ensure KPIs and associated targets are defined to track brand performance/brand plan execution.
* Contribute to the routine reports delivery.
DATA MANAGEMENT:
* Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and comparison of new secondary data sources.
* Work closely with the Data Steward and Data Scientist position to establish excellence in reporting and other analytics positions to find synergies in projects and tasks.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CROSSFUNCTIONAL WORK:
* Manage transverse projects of interest for TA assignment and/or Business Operations area.
* Include agile methodology in the project management process.
GTM BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION:
* Participate actively in the business model change of Go To Market.
* Being a change management agent to achieve GTM goals.
SCHEDULE:
* 08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible).
CONDITIONS:
* Salary package based on your profile.
