Job Summary:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to source, analyze, and visualize data from various internal teams and systems. Your primary objective will be to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Sourcing & Integration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, harmonize it across multiple sources, and create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
* Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends and patterns, derive insights from performance metrics, and provide recommendations to propel forward marketing strategies.
* Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data sets, facilitating strategic decision-making.
* Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate data findings to non-technical stakeholders, including marketing teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education and Experience Required: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; 4-7 years of work experience in marketing, data analytics, market research, or customer experience strategy.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Google Analytics.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
