Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Reporting
o Oversee all aspects of planning, reporting, forecasting, and quota management for the sales function.
o Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales insights and reporting for leadership and regional teams.
2. Team Leadership
o Manage and mentor a team of 6 Sales Operations professionals.
o Drive skill development within the team to master internal tools, enabling effective support for the sales organization.
o Serve as a key liaison with global teams to identify and implement tools and process improvements.
3. Process Optimization
o Optimize and simplify sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
o Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and buy-in from stakeholders across departments.
o Identify opportunities to implement automation tools to streamline workflows.
o Ensure that the internal sales handbook & documentation is up to date.
4. Strategic Decision-Making
o Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform the decision-making process for the global sales organization.
o Develop performance metrics to measure and improve activities that drive sales productivity.
5. Onboarding & Training
o Design and oversee effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the sales team.
o Implement ongoing coaching, training, and development initiatives to support learning and growth.
6. Goal Setting & Execution
o Partner with the SVP of the region and regional Sales Directors to define annual sales goals.
o Support day-to-day execution to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and targets.
7. Data & Insights
o Analyze and recognize trends in sales data to refine operational models and improve efficiency.
o Collaborate with finance on sales compensation planning and ensure territory alignment.
o Develop and enforce policies to maintain high data quality across systems.
8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
o Collaborate with leaders from Customer Success, Account Management, Billing, and other global teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
o Act as a bridge between regional and global functions to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
9. Sales Support
o Provide operational support for all sales activities to help achieve team and company-wide targets.
o Continuously identify and address challenges to enable sales success.
o Definition of commission model and administrative support related to commissions when needed.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/commercial role.
* Proven experience managing and developing a Sales Operations team (min. 3+ people).
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple regions and sales teams.
* Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and quota management.
* Experience working closely with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Good-to-Have
* Experience in the SaaS or hospitality technology industry.
* Hands-on experience with BI tools for deeper analytics and reporting.
* Familiarity with sales compensation structures and involvement in territory planning.
* Experience working with global teams and managing remote team members.
