Integrations Manager (2342902/001) Barcelona, Spain
At Robert Walters we are looking for an Integrations Manager to join a multinational leader in its sector with offices in Barcelona. This manager will be responsible for driving strategic integrations, capturing value, and ensuring the successful implementation of key organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze current processes and develop an understanding of integration needs across the business.
* Lead planning sessions to create comprehensive integration strategies, including timelines, risks, and measurable outcomes.
* Gain commitment from senior leadership to ensure the success of integration efforts.
* Develop clear objectives, action plans, and performance metrics to guide the integration process.
* Collaborate with the team to design effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies during integration phases.
* Identify system requirements and suggest workarounds to overcome integration challenges.
* Design and lead initiatives to capture and maximize value from integration processes.
* Monitor and track the progress of value capture projects and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Explore opportunities for optimizing resource management and identifying new value-selling opportunities.
* Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, supporting them with day-to-day planning, coordination, and analysis tasks.
* Spearhead integration and transformation efforts to maximize value for the business.
* Ensure seamless integration for all ongoing and upcoming business mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of experience in integration management, M&A, or transformation projects.
* Strong background in Integration Management Offices (IMOs), Transformation Offices, or strategy consulting.
* Experience leading complex strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
