The OpportunityWill develop new product packaging based on unique requirements and maintain quality of existing packages for all products of the group in coordination with national and international teams. This position is responsible for designing, homologating, and releasing product tertiary packaging materials. Additionally, you will determine packaging requirements according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, sustainability, legality, and the type of product protection required, taking into consideration the external variables, the particularities of each of the group's factories, and the needs of the brands.What you'll get to doCoordinate all internal and external tertiary packaging resources and ensure packaging projects are appropriately resourced to meet project deadlines.Design, development, homologation, implementation, and maintenance of tertiary packaging for regular products and promotional references.Update drawings and introduce necessary data in SAP ECTR to fill specifications of developed packaging, ensuring all necessary data is available in the system before launch date.Coordinate the qualification activities for packaging systems: transportation test studies, dimensional analyses, technical reports, component specifications, and BOMs.Provide oversight of packaging activities at factories and external manufacturers.Tech transfer of packaging between factories and external manufacturers.Work closely with key internal customers including Project Management teams, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, and Commercial Development, as well as external vendors and contractors to successfully execute packaging operations at Puig.Develop tools alongside the Master Data team for the efficient management of large quantities of references.We'd love to meet you if you havePrevious experience and technical competency in tertiary packaging design and qualification of at least two years (e.G., product/environment compatibility, distribution and environmental testing, manufacturing qualification).Bachelor of Science in Packaging or Engineering.Spanish and English; French is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proactive and adaptable.Methodical.Motivated to learn.Critical thinking and problem-solving through thorough analysis.Interested in the Perfumery and Luxury industry.Office Pack.Excel.SAP.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture.A range of learning and development opportunities.An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.A competitive compensation & benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
