The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter with good knowledge of German to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team based in Sevilla.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with operations leaders to understand their recruitment needs and required profiles.
* Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, such as database searches, social networks, job websites, and personal contacts.
* Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure an appropriate cultural and technical fit.
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide an excellent candidate experience.
* Work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
* Provide regular reports on the status of recruitment processes to leadership teams.
* Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
What You'll Bring
* Solid 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operational environments within the EMEA region.
* Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing methods. Effective interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates' skills and experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and company leaders. Results-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of recruitment regulations and privacy policies in the EMEA region.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking tools and systems (ATS)
