Amigo Gaming, a growing player in the global entertainment sector, is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their Barcelona-based team. Known for its unique and competitive slot games, Amigo Gaming is looking for an individual with strong post-sale and account management skills, ideally within the gambling industry. This role requires fluency in Russian and English, with Spanish or Ukrainian as a plus, and offers the opportunity to contribute to Amigo Gaming’s expanding presence in multiple markets.
What you’ll do:
* Communicating with customers in the post-sale process
* Upselling and promoting new products
* Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory
* Promoting existing product by improving positioning
* Ensuring that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way
* Developing and maintaining long term relationship with customers
* Working closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Qualification / Requirements
* You display technical acumen with the ability to relate it with business value
* You have a demonstrated and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledge
* Ability to write enterprise software proposals
* Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
* Ability to build strategic relationships
* Strong analytical skills
* Good financial knowledge
* Knowledge of all marketing tools
* Ability to drive and coordinate projects
* Ability to thrive in a Startup Environment — moves quickly, think strategically, and is good at tactical execution
