As a sales and marketing specialist, you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns as well as making outbound calls. Therefore, you will need to give advice and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales, it is important that you possess some sales-oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
1. Ability to understand customers' needs and goals
2. Handle a large volume of potential customers via phone calls, mails, and social media
3. Keep a database of customers with complete information updated
4. Maintain relationships with existing customer base while building a new customer base
5. Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
6. Ensure customer follow-up all the time
7. Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services
Your qualifications:
1. You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
2. Experience with or education in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or Sales and/or Online Advertising.
3. Sales experience (not mandatory but a plus), and outbound calls.
4. Experience with CRM.
5. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
7. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
8. You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
