Major tasks and responsibilities:
1. Create, monitor, and adjust the production plan and resulting aniline plan for MDI Tarragona, considering the forecast, inventory levels, and production constraints in close coordination with the OP colleagues in MDI/MDA, CO and ELO. Also considering activities/development towards potential production planning & detailed scheduling of produced material and packed level in S4 (w/ related PLORD & PRORD).
2. Perform tank movement planning at the plant (also referring to above), as well as at the port, which is relevant for exports and subsequent transfers.
3. Independently develop and communicate solutions for blocked orders due to constraints related to raw material, capacity, material and logistics availability at the Tarragona site.
4. Manage exception management, i.e., replanning of orders and resources considering available capacities and demands during exceptional occurrences, in close collaboration with Product Management and Integrated Logistics (also referring to above).
5. Maintain master data relevant for MDI planning in Tarragona.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement process to ensure quality and efficiency by supporting process optimizations, particularly improving interfaces and implementing automation projects/process improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Completed commercial or technical education (focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an advantage)
2. Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Production, or Logistics in the chemical industry
3. Good user knowledge of SAP (P1P and A73), BW, APO, Office applications, and Material Management processes (particularly DtS and OtC are an advantage)
4. Good language skills in Spanish, German or English, both written and spoken
