SCOPE AND PURPOSE
To support the Production Area in root cause analysis and scenario design based on reliable and timely data analysis activities, being the plant focal point for the ERP platform.
RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Supports the team during all the processes of production data declaration, collection, production ERP upload, and validation;
2. Ensures immediate fixing of errors on ERP production transactions, contributing to identify root causes to prevent them;
3. Trains the team on execution of related ERP production activities (production declaration, validation, utilization);
4. Reports about industrial KPIs and production costs, supporting the team on continuous improvement activities;
5. Analyses production dashboards to identify trends, highlighting deviations to the production area.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing company.
* Ability to perform cost and data analysis and daily use of Excel, Power BI.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Operations, or related field.
* 2 years experience in a similar position within an international company.
* Spoken and written English is a must.
* Soft skills: Willingness to improve, participating in the coming changes; open mindset, creativity, and proactivity; analytical skills; communication skills; strong decision-making and organizational skills; ability to present complex information to diverse audiences; teamwork.
