As part of the International Marketing Team, the Communications Specialist will report directly to the Global Head of Inbound and be responsible for executing communication initiatives that support our inbound marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role focusing on social media strategy, communication, and collaboration with local marketing teams across various divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Manage & coordinate the company’s editorial content for social media, working closely with the inbound, design, and content teams.
3. Foster engagement, build relationships with our social media community, and expand our professional network through social selling strategies.
4. Plan, implement, and optimise social media advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads.
5. Define and monitor social media OKRs based on reach, engagement, and follower growth.
6. Manage and optimise corporate and individual LinkedIn profiles, as well as corporate Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts, ensuring their integration into content and inbound marketing strategies.
7. Track and analyse performance, providing regular reports while staying up to date with the latest trends and updates in social media.
Communication:
1. Establish brand voice guidelines and messaging for reputation management.
2. Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms, including press releases, emails, and social media.
Internal & Local Market Coordination:
1. Support internal communication initiatives within the international marketing team to ensure all markets are informed.
2. Act as the primary contact for the designated local marketing teams globally, providing support for the implementation of campaigns and inbound-related activities.
3. Provide hands-on support in HubSpot, assisting both local teams and international marketing initiatives with the creation and optimization of workflows, emails, forms.
Qualifications:
1. Professional English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with a focus on communication and social media.
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in copywriting and social media management.
4. Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
5. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads.
6. Experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including paid.
7. Creativity, design competency, and strong communication skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
9. A passion for crafting compelling messages, engaging audiences, and shaping brand personality.
10. Experience with HubSpot (workflows, email marketing, forms...) is highly desirable.
