What you'll do:
Manage the regional Operational Supply Planning.
Accountable for managing stock transfers until 1st decoupling point, whilst the Replenishment Planner.
Oversees and manages the short-term production and scheduling plans for Finished Goods.
Decides on short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority.
Supports on the inventory management by reviewing and influencing inventory policies.
Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints).
Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP).
Participates in S&OE:
Leads the Supply Control meeting.
Acts as a point of contact for the plants within the region and collaborates with the Plant Managers on production activities.
Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to secure raw materials according to the production schedule.
Collaborates with Network Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply.
Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning performance.
What makes you a good fit:
Degree in BA, Engineering or Supply Chain; Master Degree is preferred.
4-5 years of experience related with Supply Chain or Material Planning.
Fluent level of English and valuable other language.
Digital native and experience with advanced Planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, …).
Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
Good team player and motivation to grow up in supply chain team.
